Our Story
Webscribe founder applied for a loan at his local bank using his home as collateral. Bank came back rejecting his loan due to an existing lien on his home. Bank notified Keith that his home had a lien when he purchased his home from a home owner many years back and somehow the title company had missed catching the lien during closing of their home. This caused delay and frustration in the loan process which eventually motivated Keith in setting up his own Title search and abstract company. This is how Webscribe was born.
